The new project is called "Pears on the Avenue", and looks like it will be a welcome addition to the Upper Yorkville, Annex, Yorkville neighbourhood. While my initial thoughts are that the exterior rendering looks a little drab and boring, the price points of starting at $400,000 will be a welcome addition to the neighbourhood, not to mention the proximity to public transit, great restaurants, shopping and the downtown core.
